Pecan Rum Writing
A handwritten conversation between Samantha Noseworthy and Quintin Teszeri
February 2016

S Do you like pecans?

Q Did you ask for any particular reason or are you just that drunk?

S Haha, no, there’s a reason! I’m planning food for Wednesday!

Q B e a u t i f u l .

S I’m gonna listen to Bob Seger in my pso[drunk letter] while I wait for you 2 sober up

Q Into the Wind is amazing.

S Against the Wind.

Q All the lyrics are like country music. But together… Also, there are horses on the cover of that albu[drunk letter]m <-I can’t spell when I’m sober either

I’m also no good with words in general. [drunk letter] Awful with lyrics, names, artist names. Paul Valery said seeing is what happens when you forget the name of what you’re looking at. I use that to justify my memory. I remember the sound of voices before names…

(added after class when I finished the [drunk letter] water bottle of rum before continuing because that seemed fair or something)

And now it’s gone. Whatever I had to say. Can’t remember words. But I can write them.
